We want you to be happy with Farflung Unlimited. This policy explains your rights and how to ask for a refund.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and to have problems fixed if there is a minor failure. Digital products must be of acceptable quality, match their description and be fit for purpose.
For example, you’re entitled to a remedy if Unlimited doesn’t unlock, doesn’t work as described, or stops working because of a fault on our side that we can’t fix in a reasonable time.
Our extra 14-day promise
On top of your legal rights, if you’re not happy with Unlimited for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to get a refund
- Email [EMAIL] with your order number or the email you used to buy.
- We’ll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, usually within 5 business days. It goes back to your original payment method.
- Once refunded, the license key is deactivated.
Change of mind after 14 days
After 14 days, refunds for change of mind are at our discretion. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
