The game
The daily puzzles are free. We may change, add or retire puzzles, modes and features at any time. We work hard to make answers accurate, but trivia can be disputed — if you think an answer is wrong, email us and we’ll take a look.
Farflung Unlimited
- Unlimited is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra play (Unlimited rounds and any future Unlimited content) for as long as Farflung operates.
- Your license key works on up to 5 devices or browsers. It’s for your personal use — please don’t share or resell it.
- Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who also handle receipts and taxes.
- Your progress lives in your browser. If you clear your browser data, re-enter your license key (from your receipt email) to restore Unlimited.
Fair use
Don’t attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer our servers, or try to bypass the license check. We may block keys or access that are clearly being abused.
Intellectual property
Farflung’s name, design, artwork (including Albi the albatross), code and puzzles are ours. Map data is derived from Natural Earth (public domain). Sharing your results and screenshots is very welcome.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Farflung is provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability can’t be excluded but can be limited, it’s limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid.
